2020 Brut Rose Sparkling Wine
The base wine for this sparkling is a blend of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. These are two of the three grapes used to make true champagne (the other being Chardonnay). Newsflash! Spiritopia is planning to open a second tasting room, this one in downtown Albany. Hopefully we will be ready to reveal it on November 5, 2020 - the date of this year's Downtown Unwrapped celebration.
