1 C Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
1/3 C Butter melted
1 C Dark Corn Syrup
1/4 C Spiritopia Apple Brandy (or Ginger Liqueur or Apple Liqueur)
3/4 C Toasted Pecans
1/4 C Toasted Filberts
Beat eggs lightly. Add sugar and blend until smooth. Add salt, butter, corn syrup, & brandy. Beat again until smooth. Stir in nuts and fill a prepared pie crust.
Bake at 400F for 40 - 50 minutes until toothpick comes out clean. Cover edges part way if needed to prevent over-browning.
