Neat!

I think the highest calling of this ginger liqueur is serving it chilled and neat. Store it in the fridge and enjoy a small glass straight away. This retains the inherent balance of the spirit.

There are some variations you may want to consider, depending on your taste. If you add a little soda or ice or water, I find that it reduces the sweetness slightly with little effect on the ginger. A lemon-lime soda like Sprite keeps it sweet and reduces the heat. I have a friend who likes to microwave his ginger liqueur briefly and drink it warm on a cold winter night. This does amplify the aroma remarkably. The key thing is to experiment and enjoy (responsibly).
