The rhubarb plant can be used to manufacture paper, hair dyes, and of course pies. We think it is best used in our Rhubarb rhapsody!
3 oz. Spiritopia Pomegranate Liqueur
1 oz. Spiritopia Ginger Liqueur
3 oz. Sparkling Cran-Apple juice
2 inches of rhubarb stalk
Combine all but juice in blender for 10 seconds. Strain into two chilled glasses. Add juice and ice. Serves 2.
