Brett is the creative manager at the Excelsior Inn and Ristorante in Eugene, Oregon. Inspired by the Negroni, he made a brilliant adjustment to use our Bourbon Style Apple Brandy as the main spirit. The result is very well balanced and melds the sweet, bitter, and fruity in a fantastic way.
