1 C Spiritopia Apple Liqueur
2 tsp Dijon Mustard
2 Tbsp Butter
1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
Salt & Pepper to taste
Gently warm ingredients in a sauce pan until butter melts and sauce is warm. Glaze pork roast or ham and bake as usual.
