Ginger Royale

Grab a champagne flute.

Add a shot or a shot and a half of Spiritopia Ginger Liqueur to each glass.

Top off with about 3 ounces of your favorite Brut champagne. The classically named "Bubbly" from R. Stuart in Oregon works well.

Garnish with fruit if desired.
